About Our Mobile Service
What is the “Me and My Bears” mobile service? We bring the fun of building a stuffed animal directly to you! Our mobile service is perfect for parties and events, providing everything needed for guests to create their own furry friend, right on-site.
How does the mobile service work? Once you book with us, we arrive at your location with our full pop-up “workshop.” Our friendly hosts guide your guests through each step: picking an animal, stuffing it, adding a heart, and creating a birth certificate.
What kind of events are you a good fit for? We are perfect for a wide range of events! This includes birthday parties, school events, corporate functions, festivals, daycare activities, and more.
Booking & Pricing
How do I book a party? You can fill out the booking form on our website, email us at info@meandmybears.com, or call us at 888 4880226. We’ll get back to you with a custom quote and confirm all the details.
How far in advance should I book? We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance to secure your desired date, especially for weekends. However, we will do our best to accommodate last-minute requests.
Is a deposit required to book? Yes, a $250 deposit is required to secure your date and time. This deposit is non-refundable, but it is transferable. This means if you need to reschedule your event, we can apply your deposit to a new, available date within a specified timeframe.
What’s included in a typical package? Our standard package includes a selection of unstuffed animals, stuffing material, hearts, and personalized birth certificates. The package also includes our friendly hosts who will run the activity for the duration of the event.
How is your pricing structured? Our pricing is based on the number of guests and any additional add-ons you choose. We offer different packages to fit various budgets. Please contact us for a detailed quote.
Is there a minimum number of guests required? No, there is no strict minimum. However, for groups smaller than 10 guests, a $125 surcharge will apply. Our service is priced to offer the best value for groups of 10 or more.
Event Logistics
How long does a typical party last? The full experience usually takes about 1.5 to 2 hours. This includes our setup, the building activity for all of your guests, and our cleanup.
What do you need to set up? We need a clear, flat space for our station—at least 10×10 feet. We also require access to a standard electrical outlet. For outdoor events where power isn’t available, we offer a generator rental for an additional fee. This ensures we can bring the fun to almost any location!
Do you provide tables and chairs? We do not provide tables and chairs as a standard part of our package. However, we can offer child-sized table and chair rentals for an additional cost.
Is there a travel fee? A travel fee will apply for locations outside of a 20-mile radius from our base. This fee will be calculated and included in your custom quote during the booking process.
What happens if a guest is a no-show? We can provide a DIY take-home kit for any guests who are not able to attend. The kit will include everything they need to build their bear at home, making it a great alternative or a gift to be given later.
The "Me and My Bears" Experience
Is customization available? Yes! We offer a variety of customization options to make your event extra special. We can create custom t-shirts, hoodies, and outfits for your bears. We also have a wide range of themes to choose from, including: Holiday, Winter Wonderland, Safari, Old MacDonald’s Farm, Valentine’s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Easter.
Can we record our own voice for the bears? Yes, we offer personalized sound chips as an optional add-on. You can pre-record a special message or song to be placed inside your bear.
Can we bring our own outfits or accessories? Yes, you are welcome to bring your own outfits or accessories to dress your new furry friend.
What kind of animals do you have? We have a huge variety of animals to choose from! We bring a selection of up to six different animals to each event, including bears, unicorns, dogs, cats, dinosaurs, and more. With hundreds of animals in our collection, there’s a perfect furry friend for everyone.
